The columns display the total number of leads present in the specific status per agent
The Status section is hidden by default and can be added using the column settings
The statuses displayed within the Status section depends on the statuses configured and ordered for the logged in org
The entire list of all statuses within the org are displayed as options in the column settings
Click on any of the counts will display the lead details popup
