The lead details reflect information in inflow inFlow such as Primary agentAgent, Current statusStatus, Last activityActivity, First Name, Last name Name, etc.
A green or grey tick checkmark in the ‘Succeeded’ Succeeded column indicates if the attempt was successful with the helpData can be exported .
Export data using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal.
