The SMS Details – Attempted popup contains lead details of the applications to which text messages were attempted to be sent
The lead details reflect information in inflow such as Primary agent, Current status, Last activity, First Name, Last name etc.
green or grey tick in the ‘Succeeded’ column indicates if the attempt was successful with the help
Data can be exported using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal
