The distribution group selected within the campaign determines which agents will be are able to take the leads.
When a lead is assigned, a green toaster toastr will be displayed on the bottom right corner.
If the user is on any page other than inflowinFlow, clicking on the green toaster will redirect toastr redirects the user to Inflow and display Lead inFlow and displays the lead details of the newly taken lead on the right side.
A lead may not be successfully distributed via Round Robin if:
The agent does not match the filter conditions in the distribution Distribution group.
The agent does not match the distribution filters in User Registration (see User Registration for more details).
If the prospect (lead) is not distributed successfully, it ends up on goes to the Lead Exception page and on inflow in the Unassigned Leads section in inFlow.
While posting a lead via Distribute Agent - Round Robin, the result for the post will contain a Prospect ID and an Application ID since the prospects are directly assigned to the agents immediately after distribution.

Lead Availability
When the Lead Availability button is turned On
Lead, the lead can be
disbrituteddistributed to the logged-in user when leads are
availavbleavailable and the logged-in user is a
qaulifiedqualified agent.
When the Lead Availability button is turned Off
Lead, the lead will not be distributed to the user even if the user is a qualified agent.
