Distribute Agent – Round Robin
Distribute Agent - Round Robin is the type of distribution where prospects are directly assigned to a group of agents and the assignment is decided on the basis of a round robin order.
If there are three agents in an organization in which:
Agent 1 took the most recent lead
Agent 2 took the second-most recent lead
Agent 3 took the third-most recent lead
Leads A, B, C, and D are distributed among them. According to Round Robin rule:
Agent 3 will get Lead A
Agent 2 will get Lead B
Agent 1 will get lead C
Agent 3 will get Lead D
The distribution group selected within the campaign determines which agents are able to take the leads.
When a lead is assigned, a green popup notification will be displayed on the bottom right corner.
If the user is on any page other than inFlow, clicking the green popup notification redirects the user to inFlow and displays the lead details of the newly taken lead on the right side.
A lead may not be successfully distributed via Round Robin if:
The agent does not match the filter conditions in the Distribution group.
The agent does not match the distribution filters in User Registration.
Leads that do not have eligible or available agents to receive them are sent directly to the Default Agent if one has been assigned. If a Default Agent has not been assigned, the leads are sent to Lead Exception and on inFlow in the Unassigned Leads section.
Lead Availability
When the Lead Availability toggle is turned On, the lead can be distributed to the logged-in user when leads are available and the logged-in user is a qualified agent.
When the Lead Availability toggle is turned Off, the lead will not be distributed to the user even if the user is a qualified agent.
