Overview
Users You may set their preferences for the Default Customer Type in inFlow, the Default Home Page they view your default viewing preferences when logging in to Insellerate, and define the font type, color, and size for inFlow and Workflow pages. Accessing User Preferences
Click the user avatar.
Select Preferences from the dropdown.
The User Preference window opens.

Selecting User Preferences
You may make selections in the User Preference window that set the default views for inFlow.
Default Workflow Type
The inFlow section is where users you manage their your pipeline workflow. The default view for the inFlow page can be set to the customer workflow type that the user you most frequently accessesaccess: Borrower Applications or Partners Partner. The default setting is the Borrower Applications view. Regardless of the default setting (custom or standard), users you may toggle between both views while working in their the pipeline.

Default Home Page
Users You may choose from four options as their your default home page. When the user logs you log in to Insellerate, the selected default will be what they you see. The four options are:

Defining the Font Type, Color, and Size in inFlow and Workflow
Users with access to inTouch and Workflow pages can define the font type, color, and size to improve the usability for users with vision impairment.

User Interface
Users may choose between the older (Classic) inFlow interface and the new (2.0) inFlow interface. Only the new interface is available to new users. The Classic interface will not be available after 12/31/2024.

Default List or Status
You may choose a list or status as your default view.
From the User Preference window, select a list or status from the Default List or Status dropdown.

Contact Form Default
You may choose to have the Contact Form open or closed when inFlow opens.
From the User Preference window, select Open or Closed from the Contact Form Default dropdown.

inTouch Workflow Font
You may choose the font type, size, and color for inTouch and your Workflow.

You may choose the font type, size, and color for inFlow tables.

Saving User Preferences
Once all of the desired preferences have been set in the User Preference window, you can save them.
Select Update.
A green notification at the top right side of the screen confirms the update(s).
