Overview

Users may set their preferences for the Default Customer Type in inFlow, the Default Home Page they view when logging in to Insellerate, and define the font type, color, and size for inFlow and Workflow pages. This article covers the following information:

Setting the Default Customer Type

The inFlow section is where users manage their pipeline workflow. The default view for the inFlow page can be set to the customer type that the user most frequently accesses: Borrower or Partners. The default setting is the Borrower view. Regardless of the default setting (custom or standard), users may toggle between both views while working in their pipeline.

  1. Click the User Settings gear icon.

  2. Select Preferences from the dropdown.

  3. The User Preference window opens.

  4. Select either Borrower or Partners from the Default Customer Type dropdown.

  5. Click Update. A green notification at the top right side of the screen confirms the update.

Setting the Default Home Page

Users may choose from four options as their default home page. When the user logs in to Insellerate, the selected default will be what they see. The four options are:

  • inFlow

  • Main Dashboard

  • My Pipeline

  • Partners

  1. Click the User Settings gear icon.

  2. Select Preferences from the dropdown.

  3. The User Preference window opens.

  4. Select inFlow, Main Dashboard, My Pipeline, or Partners from the Default Home Page dropdown.

  5. Click Update. A green notification at the top right side of the screen confirms the update.
