From the Email Details - Open window, click the lead containing the email whose activity you would like to view.
The application opens in the Record Details Panel of inFlow.
Open the Contact Form and scroll to the bottom of the Script Summary. The Last Date Email Opened field shows when the email was last viewed.

In the inFlow Application Panel, a read-only field is available to show You can check to see if a user has unsubscribed from emails.

The application opens in the Record Details Panel of inFlow.
Open the sections in the Application Panel and look for the Is Emailed Unsubscribed? checkbox.
If it Contact Form and scroll to the bottom of the Script Summary. If the Is Email Unsubscribed? box is checked, the applicant has unsubscribed from emails.
