• Social media content creator can set an expiration date
  Users with permission to create social media content can now set an expiration date for the content. The following will occur on the expiration date:

  • Insellerate will remove any posts from Facebook or LinkedIn that used the content template.

  • Insellerate will archive the content so it can’t be used again.

• If a user has self-approver permission and no edits are made in the content template, then the task will automatically be auto- approved

  A new permission has been added that will allow the user to edit all content regardless of branching or any other view permissions. Please contact Insellerate Support to enable this permission.

  Marketing admins can now add three additional signature tag versions per branch. This will

  allow for more custom configuration across the Content Library templates (

Outlook Integration

If Once established, if your Outlook integration is disconnected for any reason your connection to Outlook is broken (change in Password or other system reason), the user (such as a change of password or access expiration per company rules), you will receive an email information them that they need re-connect to Outlook for the calendar to continue synchingletting you know that your calendar must be reconnected to continue syncing. Search Permission Update

Admins can now set permissions so users can only see search results for leads they have view permissions for. Default The default permission is that users can see search results for all leads per their branch permissions , but can only open/edit leads they have permission for. Please contact Insellerate Support to update user search permissions.

AgentConnect*

• Shared realtors are now available to select in the manual flyer Manual Flyer creation dropdown. Read more about how to create manual flyers in the AgentConnect — Agent Connect - My Flyers article.

• A default flyer template will now be automatically set for Shared Listings. User Users can update at anytimeit at any time.

*AgentConnect information is added early to accommodate the varied time between standard releases.
