Content Library

• Ability to deauthenticate from Facebook and LinkedIn
  Users can now deauthenticate from Facebook and/or LinkedIn within the social media post creation process OR their User Profile.

• Social media content creator can set an expiration date
  Users with permission to create social media content can now set an expiration date for the content. The following will occur on the expiration date:

  • Insellerate will remove any posts from Facebook or LinkedIn that used the content template.

  • Insellerate will archive the content so it can’t be used again.

• If a user has self-approver permission and no edits are made in the content template, the task will automatically be approved
  Previously, users were still required to approve the task on the Task Management page.
  
  

• Edit all content permission
  A new permission has been added that will allow the user to edit all content regardless of branching or any other view permissions. Please contact Insellerate Support to enable this permission.

• Added three new custom branch signature tags
  Marketing admins can now add three additional signature tag versions per branch. This will allow for more custom configuration across the Content Library templates (email or flyers). Read more about Branching to better understand all the custom marketing options available.

Outlook Integration

Once established, if your Outlook integration is disconnected for any reason (such as a change of password or access expiration per company rules), you will receive an email letting you know that your calendar must be reconnected to continue syncing. Read more about the Outlook Calendar Integration.

Search Permission Update

Admins can now set permissions so users can only see search results for leads they have view permissions for. The default permission is that users can see search results for all leads per their branch permissions but can only open/edit leads they have permission for. Please contact Insellerate Support to update user search permissions.

AgentConnect*

• Shared realtors are now available to select in the Manual Flyer creation dropdown. Read more about how to create manual flyers in the Agent Connect - My Flyers article.

• A default flyer template will now be automatically set for Shared Listings. Users can update it at any time.

*AgentConnect information is added early to accommodate the varied time between standard releases.
