Last Outbound Call Field

A new field has been added that will always show the date/time of the last outbound call made to the contact. The field can be used as a filter for intouchinTouch, custom queues, or preset reports.
Example: show Show me all leads where the last outbound call was > 30 days ago. Field The field can also be added to the inFlow application.

Invitations corresponding to an application or contact in Insellerate will now be automatically linked in the Outlook integration. The user must be assigned or have access in order to view the application or contact for the event to be associated. Read more about the Outlook Calendar Integration.
