New Features/Enhancements

Highlights

Content Library

  • Ability to de-authenticate from Facebook and LinkedIn

    • Users can now de-authenticate from Facebook and/ or Linked within the social media post creation process or their User Profile

    • Why is this important? If you add a new Business Page to your Facebook account, your will need to de-authenticate and then when re-authenticating you can add include the new Business Page in your selection process.

      • De-authenticate in your User Profile

      • De-authenticate in the Social media post settings

  • If User has self-approver permission and no edits are made in content template, then task will be auto-approved

    • User experience enhancement as before users still were required to approve the task on the Task Management page

  • Added Three new custom branch signature tags

    • Marketing admins can now add three additional signature tag versions per branch. This will enable for more custom configuration across Content Library templates (Email or Flyers). Read more about Branching to better understand all the custom marketing options available.

Outlook Integration

If for any reason your connection to Outlook is broken (change in Password or other system reason), the user will receive an email information them that they need re-connect to Outlook for the calendar to continue synching. Read more about the Outlook Calendar Integration.

Search Permission Update

Admins can now set permissions so users can only see search results for leads they have view permissions for. Default permission is users can see search results for all leads per their branch permissions, but can only open / edit leads they have permission for. Please contact Insellerate Support to update user search permissions.

AgentConnect*

  • Shared realtors are now available to select in the manual flyer creation dropdown. Read more about how to create manual flyers in the AgentConnect — My Flyers article.

  • A default flyer template will now be automatically set for Shared Listings. User can update at anytime.

Bugs

Content Library

  • Editing an email template

Issue: The “Creator” for a template was being updated to the last permission that edited the template. Creator should never be updated.

Status: Resolved
