Distribution can be performed only during Org business hours
Outside of the set business hours, the prospects posted will not be distributed successfully and will go into lead exception
The Org business hours can be set on the Organization Details page under the Admin tab
The business hours for each day of the week is specified individually and applies to the entire org
Each day has a checkbox which if checked implies that the org is operational on that day. If unchecked, it means no prospect can be distributed to the org on that day.
For example, in the above screenshot, Sunday and Saturday are unchecked and therefore no distribution will be successful on those two day
