Business Hours

The business hours for each day of the week are specified individually and apply to the entire organization. Each day has a checkbox that, if checked, shows the organization is operational on that day between the hours specified. If unchecked, it means no prospect can be distributed to the organization on that day. For example, in the screenshot below, Sunday and Saturday are unchecked and therefore no distribution will be successful on those two days (Prospects distributed outside of business hours will be requeued for the next available business hour).

 

Setting the Hours

  • The business hours for each day are set with the help of a slider beside the name of the day.

  • The hours range from 0 to 24 hours in military time format. For example, if the range is set to 19 hours, it implies that the business hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • The hours can be updated at any time. Clicking the Save button saves the updates.
