The SMS Details – Responded popup contains lead details of the applications who replied to the SMS dent from inTouch.
The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.
View the SMS body by hovering over the Text icon in the Email Body column similar to the SMS Details – Sent popup.
Export data using the Excel Export button.
