Email Report

The Email Report keeps track of inTouch drip emails that were sent out through Insellerate. Users will be able to see an overview of the drip emails that went out for different campaigns for borrowers, partners, internal team members, and manually-entered emails.

Filters

Filter	Description
Contact Type	Filters by the type of contact selected for the email May be Borrowers, Internal Team, Manual Entries, or Partners Borrower: Primary and co-borrower associated to an application Internal Team: Team members with an Insellerate account Manual Entries: Email addresses manually entered within the inTouch template Partners: External contacts associated to an application (real estate agents/referral partners)
Campaign	Filters by Campaign
Date	Defines the time period of the report Always defaults to the current date when first opened
Branch	Filters by Branch
Sender	Specifies the user who sent the email Always defaults to All when first opened

Columns

Sent Count	Number of emails that have been sent out
Processed	Number of emails that have been processed by email service provider
Delivered	Number of emails that have been accepted at the receiving server
Open	Number of emails that have been opened/viewed by the recipient
Click	Number of recipients who clicked a link or performed some kind of email engagement within the email
Unsubscribe	Number of recipients who unsubscribes from mailings
Deferred:	Number of emails that cannot immediately be delivered but have not been completely rejected Can send up to 72 hours later
Dropped	Number of emails that will not be sent to recipient Often caused if there is a spam contest or if recipient unsubscribed previously
Bounce	Number of emails that the server cannot or will not deliver to a recipient Often caused by outdated or incorrectly entered email addresses
Spam Report	Number of emails that were reportedly to have spam complaints
