inTouch is the communication hub of Insellerate. You can create contact strategies to better communicate and build relationships with the leads via the following methods:

Ringless Voicemail (RVM)
SMS
Webhook

Main Grid
The inTouch main grid is located under the inTouch tab on the main navigation bar.
A new inTouch path can be added using the Add button at the top left-hand corner of the inTouch main grid. See the Path Setup article for more details.
An inTouch path can be inactivated for later use instead of being deleted.
An inTouch path can be edited or deleted through the inTouch main grid.
The maximum number of inTouch paths that can be created per organization is 35.
SMS and RVM queued to be sent outside of the TCPA state-level hours are rescheduled to be sent the following day within the next available TCPA hours.

inTouch Template - Paths and Tasks
An inTouch template consists of one inTouch path.
An inTouch path can consist of up to twenty tasks. It must contain at least one task to be successfully created.
