This article will show you how to reassign a lead.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the "Assign" action tool

  2. A pop-up window will appear, select the drop-down of the role that you would like to assign the lead to

  3. Select the user that you would like to assign the lead to

  4. If you would also like to select this added user as the "Primary" agent, scroll to the bottom where it says "Primary Agent" and select "Edit"

  5. Select the new Primary agent

  6. Click "Update" and any new agents that are assigned to the lead will receive a pop-up notification informing them that a lead has been assigned in their name.

A user can view all roles associated with a lead by selecting the "Assignment" section inside the lead.
