Administrators can set up task approval permissions. Permission can be set to allow for either a one-step or two-step approval process. With the one-step process, a single approver is responsible for approving tasks, while the two-step process involves two levels of approval from different individuals. This feature provides flexibility in task management, as organizations can choose the approval process that best suits their needs. Additionally, administrators can assign different approval permissions levels to users, allowing them to approve their own tasks or to require a designated approver. This level of customization ensures that tasks are approved efficiently and accurately while providing the necessary controls for managing workload and maintaining oversight.
