The Content Library is in BETA testing. The product interface and images are regularly updated to ensure that the latest enhancements are documented. Some screenshots may not be in sync due to ongoing changes.

Description

In the Content Library, all content can be edited. It's important to note that the ability to edit content is permission-based, ensuring a controlled workflow. The system will verify if you have the correct permissions when granted editing permission. If you are, you can instantly send out the edited content. However, if you are not a self-approver, the content will be forwarded to the organization's designated approvers for review and approval. Rest assured. The approvers can modify the content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. All types of content can be modified: Plain Editor, Regular Editor, HTML, and Uploaded content.
