SMS: ability to receive images (in BETA)
Insellerate is currently in BETA with some users testing the ability to receive images a customers sends to an Agent’s Insellerate SMS number. Agents will be able to view and download the image to their computer.
If your company does not allow customers to send images via SMS, this feature can also activate a notification letting the Agent know an image was sent and the customer know the image was not delivered due to data security policies and to reach out to the agent.
Expected Launch: January 20th.
More info on the feature and pricing will be sent in early January.
WebPhone: Call Monitoring and Coaching (in BETA)
Organizations with the Webphone will have access to a new Call Monitoring and Coaching tool in January following the BETA Pilot. Managers with this feature will be able to Listen, Whisper, or Join / Barge into active calls.
Expected Launch: January 13th
Organization must have WebPhone to utilize feature.
Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Search: Users can now search by Co-Borrower email address
Buyer / Seller Attorney Address Fields: Can now be used in inTouch and reporting
Content Library: if task fails, user will be able to “Reschedule” from Task Management page.
ICR Report Performance Enhancement for large user base: process improvemed.
Call Outcomes Settings Bug: unable to save to due to UI bug - Resolved.
