Menu Panel (Left Panel) Overview
Sections
The Menu Panel contains three collapsible sections: your lists, custom queues, and workflow statuses.
The Lists section contains four default lists: Prioritized Alerts, Calendar, Open Leads, and Unassigned Leads.
The Queues section contains all of your custom queues. The default view shows only those custom queues containing leads. Placing a check in the All box will make all custom queues visible whether or not they contain any leads. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the sidebar) is changed to Partners, only active partners will be visible in this section.
The Workflows section contains all of your workflow statuses. Your admin can change the background color of the workflow name icon as well as the font type/color. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the sidebar) is changed to Partners, only workflows related to active partners will be visible in this section.
The Create Application and Find Prospects fields are now separate rather than combined as they are in the Classic view.
Viewing Options
Several settings are available for viewing the Menu Panel. You can set the panel to start out and remain expanded, or to be collapsed. If the panel is collapsed, hovering over it allows you to view the options. Clicking the arrow at the top right of the Menu Panel will cause it to stay open.
