Classic - Global Search 2.0 - Consolidated Search

The application search now allows users to search by a variety of variables without having to make a specific search criteria selection. Users can enter a name, phone number, App ID, LOS ID, or other search criteria in the same search box and the results will be returned.

• By default, the search is set to Borrowers. Users can select between searching Borrowers or Partners.

• Users can enter the search criteria and the system will search all of the following fields to find a match. Additionally, the search results will be prioritized per the list order below.

• If a user selects Partners, the following Partner fields are searched.

• Users can view or take leads based on their permissions and lead status.
