Classic - Global Search Default

Preferences for the global search default may be set at the organization level and user levels. The current default search is Last Name.

At the Organization Level

To change the global search default at the organization level to another search parameter, submit a change request to the Support Team.

At the User Level

To change the global search default at the user level:

1. Open the User Profile.

2. Click the Global Search Default Type drop-down menu.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Select the desired search type.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Click Update.
