Classic - Marketing Campaign Fields
Customer Type
There are two types of applications in the Insellerate application. The user can select which types of applications can be created with the help of the campaign by selecting the Customer Type.
Once a campaign is created and saved, the Customer Type for the campaign cannot be changed.
Name
Any name can be given to a campaign. The maximum character length allowed for the name field is 48.

Email Notifications | This toggle switch decides if New Lead Assigned email notifications should be sent to the assigned agents. |
Allow Open Leads | This toggle switch decides if leads belonging to this campaign can go into the Open Leads queue. |
Internal Transfer Campaign | This toggle switch marks the campaign as an Internal Transfer Campaign. Leads belonging to this campaign appear under the Internal Transfer Campaign column on Sales Manager Report. |
Property Profile Auto Sync | This toggle switch enables mortgage data to automatically be synced from iLeads.com and saved to the application upon creation of the application in the campaign. |
SMS Enabled | This toggle switch decides if SMS can be sent/received from leads belonging to this campaign. |
SMS Consent Required | This toggle switch decides if SMS consent is required to send SMS to a borrower from a loan officer. |
Start Date/End Date
These fields allow users to set dates that indicate the start and end of a campaign.
Lead Vendor
The Lead Vendor is the source of the leads that are posted or uploaded into the campaign. New lead vendors can be created by clicking the + (plus sign) icon beside the Lead Vendor field.
Any name can be entered as a New Lead Vendor and the new name will be displayed in the Lead Vendor dropdown.
Import Template
Import Templates are used to map the lead details fields within inFlow. Each import template has a defined set of mappings. The list of import templates varies for each organization.
Description
Any description containing characters, numbers, and special characters can be given to the campaign. The maximum character length for a description is 600.
Inbound Phones
If the organization has a phone integration set up with Insellerate where call data is being passed, any inbound call data to a phone number listed here adds a marketing call count to the Sales Manager Report.
Duplicate phone numbers within the same or a different campaign are not allowed. When users try to enter a duplicate inbound number that matches an inbound number of another campaign within the same organization, a popup message is displayed.
Selecting Yes removes the number from the other campaign and adds it to the current campaign.
Selecting No does not allow the user to add the number to the current campaign.
Lead Provider Campaign ID
The Lead Provider Campaign ID is an identifier used to differentiate between various lead providers for campaigns within an organization.
Campaign Branch Permission
Campaign Branch Permissions are used to control what leads are available for viewing to the agents. For an agent to be able to view a lead within the application, the campaign branch permissions must match the user’s branch permissions.
It is not a mandatory field and can be left blank. A blank campaign branch permission field means the campaign and its leads can be viewed by all agents in the organization.
Cost
Users can specify the Cost per Lead and Number of Leads purchased which multiplied together gives the Total Cost generated from this specific campaign. Depending on the type of marketing channel selected, the Cost per Lead, Leads Purchased, and Total Cost fields are disabled or enabled.
How Cost Per Lead is Calculated
Internet Leads
Fixed Cost: Cost per lead is negotiated with the lead provider and remains the same for each lead.
For reporting purposes, the amount entered in the Cost Per Lead field will pass directly to the Marketing Report.Variable Cost: Cost per lead is calculated when a lead is passed from a vendor directly to Insellerate via a data post.
For reporting purposes, the data is aggregated and the average is passed to the Marketing Report.
Lists/Direct Mail
Cost per lead is calculated when a consistent number of leads are purchased at a fixed price. For example, if you upload 2000 leads and 1000 of them are assigned, you would enter $1000 in the Total Cost field and the system would automatically calculate the Cost Per Lead as $1.
For reporting purposes, the calculated average will pass directly to the Marketing Report.
