Classic - Referral Partners

Insellerate has the ability to track and associate referral partners to applications/leads within the system. This allows the user to track which referral partners are bringing in business. It also allows the user to generate metrics to uncover which referral partners yield the highest Lead to Conversion to Funding rate.

Configure Campaign as Customer Type External Contact

The user can create a campaign as an External Contact type for lead generation based on the selected marketing channel, lead vendor, import template, and distribution. This can be used to create a new external contact application.

 

External Contact Type Campaign Map to External Contact Registration

Selecting the saved External Contact campaign from the Campaign dropdown menu, the user can create a new application which is directly associated with External Contact type campaign(s).

 

Application Filter by External Contact

The user can create an External Contact Application through the existing External Contact API.

  • If the Campaign and Assign To are valid, then create the application associated to the External Partner.

    • For Campaign association, we can use CampaignId and for User Assignment we can use AssigntoEmail.

  • If the external partner is already linked to an application, then we would need to define whether that Application gets reassigned.

    • If the AssigntoEmail is NULL, do not reassign.

    • If the AssigntoEmail is NOT NULL, then reassign the application to the new user.

    • If an Application is not linked to the External partner, then create a new application linked to the external partner if the AssigntoEmail and CampaignId fields are provided
