Content Library
Permissions
Permissioned users can impersonate users for whom they have Admin Branch Permissions.
Filter Tag(s)
Users can define filter logic for tags in the Content Library using a new AND/OR toggle option. The default filter logic is set to AND.
Outlook Integration
Invitations corresponding to an application or contact in Insellerate will now be automatically linked in the Outlook integration. The user must be assigned or have access in order to view the application or contact for the event to be associated. Read more about the Outlook Calendar Integration.
Notes
The system will only attempt to link invitations containing a single invitee.
In instances of multiple matches, the system will link the invitation to the most recent lead with activity.
inFlow
The Take button has been relocated to the front of the table in Open Leads, Custom Queues, and Prospect Search Results. This will provide enhanced convenience and easier accessibility.
