Triggers a part of the task template that contain the filter combinations requires to trigger the tasks

A trigger set up requires the following

  • Trigger Name

    • Any name can be given to the trigger

  • Description

    • Any description can be provided for the trigger

  • Filters

    • Filters are used to select the applications for the inTouch items to be sent to

    • Each combination of filters is a new trigger

    • At least 1 filter is required to create a trigger

    • Allows up to 5 filters to be added

    • If a task contains Triggers 1 and 2

      • this implies that are 2 ways to trigger a task

    • Depending on whichever trigger’s filter conditions are satisfied

  • Get approximate count button

    • The button is enabled for all status and activity filter types except for “Send Immediately”

    • The user can get an approximate count of results (applications) from the task if it were to be executed with the selected filters and triggers

    • The button is enabled every 30 seconds for performance optimization
