All organization applications fields are available to filter the applications based on the lead’s data in the selected field. (See the Application Fields article for details.)

Application Fields Filters

Filter

Description

Birthday

Select this to send action items based on the borrower or co-borrower’ birthday.

Branch

  • Use this to filter applications to send action items to by selecting the primary branch of the application.

  • The branches displayed in the dropdown will be the same as the your branch permissions.

Campaign

You can filter applications by selecting the campaign they belong to.

Loan Purpose Type

Loan purpose type filters checks against FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed or FirstLoanPurposeTypeCurrent under these conditions.

  • If user selects ALL then application will be included regardless of what an application has for FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed or FirstLoanPurposeTypeCurrent

  • if user selects BLANK, then application’s FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed and FirstLoanPurposeTypeCurrent will need to be empty

  • If user selects a collection of LoanPurposeTypes and the evluated application has a value for FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed then the matching is between the FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed and the selected collection. FirstLoanPurposeTypeCurrent will not be considered since FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed is set

  • In the case where FirstLoanPurposeTypeProposed was not set then FirstLoanPurposeTypeCurrent would be used for matching

Primary Agent

You can filter applications by selecting the primary agent you are assigned to.

Status Activity

You can filter applications by selecting the send method and the status/activity the application should belong to.

The Is Negated checkbox at the right of the Application Filters dropdown list can be applied to any of the filter types. Once the box is checked, the action items will be sent to applications other than the ones affected by the filter conditions.
