Overview

The Follow-Ups section shows all scheduled events that you have created or others have created on your behalf. It is part of the Pipeline Panel of inFlow. The Follow-Ups section contains the same data as your calendar but displays the events in a list rather than in a calendar format. Other key articles around follow-ups that are important to review:

The system allows users to create, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. The permissions are based on branch and role. Contact Insellerate Support to enable the permissions for this feature.

  1. Click New Lead in inFlow.

  2. Select a new lead to view.

  3. Click the Follow-Up icon from the Action Tools on the right side of the screen.

  4. Complete the fields Schedule Follow-Up window.

    • Type (required): Select Call, Email, Other, or SMS from the dropdown.

    • Date and Time (required): Select the date and time. (Note: All past dates are disabled.)

    • Assigned: Assign the follow-up to another user. This is a permissions-based feature.

    • Reminder: The default reminder time of 15 minutes can be changed.

    • Notes: Any added notes (up to 2000 characters) will appear in the Notes section of the lead.

    • Add to Calendar: Add the follow-up to your configured iCalendar or Outlook calendar. The follow-up schedule file is automatically downloaded.

    • Subject: The default subject is the type of follow-up / the borrower’s full name. The default can be modified in this field.

  5. Click Update to save the follow-up to the lead.

  6. You will receive a reminder popup prior to the designated follow-up time.

Viewing Scheduled Follow-Ups

The All/Off toggle allows users to determine which scheduled follow-ups to view.

  • When the toggle is switched to ALL, all follow-ups from seven days ago and one day in the future ( >= -7 days and <= +1 day)prior and everything after are displayed.

  • When the toggle is ON/ALL, it displays switched to OFF, all follow-ups from seven days ago and everything after ( >= -7 days).

  • Users can expand each row in the Follow-Up section to view notes added to the follow-up.

  • Clicking on any row redirects you to the lead’s details on the right side of inFlow.

  • Users can mark follow-ups as Complete by placing prior and one day in the future are displayed.

Marking Follow-Ups Incomplete

Place a checkmark in the Complete/Incomplete box to mark a follow-up as Complete. Remove the checkmark to change the follow-up status to Incomplete.

Click the pencil icon to edit a follow-up. The Schedule Follow-Up popup window will open to allow edits to be made.

Follow-Ups in Lead History

All activity associated with a selected follow-up can be viewed in the Lead History section of the Application Panel in inFlow.

Scheduling, Editing, Viewing, and Completing Follow-Ups for Other Users

Users may schedule, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. This is a permissions-based feature based on branch and role. Users can also edit follow-ups from the calendar. Changes are tracked in Lead History.

Closed Follow-Ups

If a follow-up is being created for an application that is currently in Open Leads, the application is temporarily removed from the Open Leads queue. The application will be put back into the Open Leads queue one business day after the follow-up time has passed. If the follow-up is deleted, the application will be put back into the Open Leads queue immediately.
