Select Email Report from the inSight drop-down menu.
The Email Report page opens.
Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the Email Report Filters table below.)
Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of email messages that were sent.

From the Email Details - Open window, click the lead containing the email whose activity you would like to view.
The inFlow page opens. Click Script Summary.
The Last Date Email Opened field shows when the email was last viewed.

How to see if an Application has unsubscribed to an email
In the inFlow application panel, a read-only field is available to show if a user has unsubscribed from emails.
Find and Open the application.
Open the sections in the application panel and look for the “Is Emailed Unsubscribed” Checkbox.
If checked, the applicant has unsubscribed from emails.
