From the Email Details - Open window, click the lead containing the email whose activity you would like to view.
The inFlow page opens. Click Script Summary.
The Last Date Email Opened field shows when the email was last viewed.

Has Been Unsubscribed from Emails
In the inFlow application panelApplication Panel, a read-only field is available to show if a user has unsubscribed from emails.
Find and Open the application.
Open the sections in the application panel Application Panel and look for the “Is Is Emailed Unsubscribed” CheckboxUnsubscribed checkbox.
If it is checked, the applicant has unsubscribed from emails.
