When Distribute All is selected as the distribution type, a toggle switch called Auto-Dial becomes visible to the user.

  • When the Auto Dial toggle is switched to On, it means that once an agent takes a lead distributed via Distribute All, a call will be automatically made to the borrower’s phone number as mentioned in the lead details.

  • When the Auto Dial toggle is switched to Off, it means no call will be made to the borrower’s phone number upon successful distribution.

New Leads

  • The distribution group selected within the campaign determines which agents will see the available lead.

  • Clicking the New Leads button assigns the lead to the agent who clicks first. A green popup notification with lead details is then displayed to notify the user of a new lead assignment.

  • If the user is on any page other than inFlow, clicking on the New Leads button redirects the user to inFlow and displays the lead details of the newly taken lead on the right side.

  • If the prospect (lead) is not distributed successfully, it goes to the Lead Exception page and the Unassigned Leads section of inFlow.


Lead Availability

  • When the Lead Availability toggle is turned On, the logged-in user can take any leads available.

  • When the Lead Availability toggle is turned Off, the New Leads button does not display for the user.
