Classic - Columns in Leads

Clicking on any of the counts will display the Leads Details popup. See the Leads Details article for details.

Column Name	Column Filter Type	Description

Column Name	Column Filter Type	Description
New	Number	All new leads assigned to the agent regardless of status
Internal Transfer	Number	All leads that belong to a campaign marked as Internal Transfer
Assigned	Number	Includes all leads assigned to the agent via distribution or reassignment, minus the agent’s new leads and open takes
Open Takes	Number	All leads that were open leads and were taken from Open Leads section or Global Search
Total Received	Number	A total of all the previous columns per agent
