The Main Dashboard provides an overview of the organization.

  • You can change the view of the dashboard by:

    • Selecting a different date range:

      • The default date is today.

    • Selecting different users as well as specifying different time periods:

      • The default user is the logged-in user.

      • The information displayed adjusts to the specified filter.

  • Dashboard static tiles display a variety of information. See the Dashboard Static Tiles article for more details.

  • The inProcess and All Statuses sections will be blank if the Run Report button is not clicked. See the inProcess and Status article for more details.

    • A warning message with “Run Report must be selected to view inProcess/Status data” will be displayed.
