Classic - Columns in Status

The columns display the total number of leads present in the specific status per agent.

The Status section is hidden by default and can be added using the column settings. The statuses displayed within the Status section depend on the statuses configured and ordered for the logged-in organization. The entire list of all statuses within the organization is displayed as options in the column settings.

Clicking on any of the counts displays the Leads Details popup. See the Leads Details article for more details.
