What is AgentConnect?

AgentConnect is an add-on product to help loan officers create, strengthen, and add value to their existing partner relationships by creating marketing materials. Loan officers can create co-branded real estate flyers and custom website landing pages for each partner's property. Downloading the flyer images and combining them with the landing page links creates a powerful marketing tool agents can use on their social media platforms.

What are Co-Branded Flyers?

Co-branded real estate flyers allow loan officers to highlight their partner's properties. The flyers call attention to the property details and price and include contact information for the loan officer and realtor.

Each time a real estate flyer is created, a corresponding website landing page is also created. When clients use the QR code or text on the flyer for information, they are sent to a fully customized website page.

What are Co-Branded Landing Pages?

Co-branded landing pages are beautifully-designed, modern website landing pages created for each property an agent lists. Clients can access the landing page from a flyer to find more information about a property. The landing page contains all of the property information allowing the user to view the property on a map, request a showing via email, and even access an Apply Now link for pre-approval.

What regulatory images are shown on flyers and landing pages?

Equal Housing Opportunity and Equal Housing Lender logos are added to the co-branded flyers and landing pages.
