How To: Reset Your Forgotten Password

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to app.insellerate.com.

2. Select the Forgot your Password? link under the Login button.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account. This is the same as your username.

4. Click Reset.

5. Open your email account.

6. Open the Insellerate Password Recovery email from do-not-reply@insellerate.com. Check your junk mail if the email is not received.

7. Click Reset Password in the email. Copy/paste the link provided if the button does not work.

8. Follow the instructions on the Password Reset page to update your password.

9. Log back in using the new password.
