User Preferences: Users can set their preferred Home Page

What does it mean for all users in Insellerate?

You can use User Preferences to set your default login screen to the Main Dashboard, My Pipeline, Partners, or the inFlow screen.

User Profile: Pictures available inTouch

What does it mean for Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers?

The picture uploaded to your user profile will be available on inTouch engagements. If you are an AgentConnect client, the image will also be available in AgentConnect.

Follow-Ups: Completion added to Application Lead History

What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

As you mark follow-ups complete, they will show in the Application History.

inFlow: Click-to-Call Default Caller ID

What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

When a user clicks to call in Insellerate, and the Caller ID field is blank, it will display the work number in the user ID to the client.

inFlow: Partner Consent Bypass

What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

When adding a partner, and the associated partner has granted consent for SMS, the consent will apply to all applications associated with the partner. You can text the partner on any associated application without asking for additional consent.

Admin: Custom Queue Removal Timers

What does it mean for Admins?

After an application is taken from a custom queue, this enhancement will allow the administrator to define the amount of time until a lead can be taken from any custom queue. Admins can set a timer at each custom queue level. Timers can be set in minutes and hours.

Integrations: Mortgage Coach

What does it mean for all Insellerate users?

We are mapping and bringing in new fields for clients that use Mortgage Coach. If you are using Mortgage Coach and want to integrate with Insellerate, talk to your Customer Success Manager or open a ticket with Customer Support.

Issue: The Property Profile-Total Stories returns an inaccurate number based on decimal placement in the data.

Status: Resolved

 

ICR: Caller ID

Issue: When a client calls an ICR number, the caller ID is not constantly populating accurately.

Status: Resolved

 

Lead History and Email Report: Content Preview

Issue: In the Lead History and Email Report, the content preview was not correctly displaying the hyperlinks.

Status: Resolved

 

Admin: Custom Queue Column Order

Issue: Admins could not save the order of columns to display in a Custom Queue.

Status: Resolved

 

Admin: Branch Branding Associations

Issue: Insellerate allowed a branch to be associated with more than one brand.

Status: Resolved

 

inTouch: Retry Causing Duplicate Emails to be Sent

Issue: Retry emails were shipped to all that met the criteria, not just failed emails, so clients were getting duplicate emails.

Status: Resolved

 

inTouch: Task Filters

Issue: Adjusting some filters would only save the last option selected.
