Admin: User Registration Export
What does it mean for Admins?
The export function for User Registration is being enhanced to include all fields and inactive users.
inTouch: Engagement Report Excludes Webhooks
What does it mean to Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and Admins?
The Engagement Report option was added not to include webhooks when running the report. Turning the webhooks off while running the report significantly improves the speed of loading the report. Very few Engagements include the use of webhooks.
inSight: My Reports Adding Report Name
What does it mean to Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and Admins?
The My Reports grid will include an additional column to the table to show the Report Name in the table grid. This will make it easier to reference the report you pulled when you are ready to download or delete it.
inTouch: Path | Template Added to Email Report Grid
What does it mean to Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and Admins?
This enhancement adds a column to the Email Report Grid to show the Task Name | Template Name to the grid. This will allow you to preview the report content without going back to inTouch for review.

inTouch Signature Blocks: Branch Phone Number
Issue: The formatting of the Branch Phone Number was different from other phone numbers in the signature block.

Issue: When you sort a column, the total row at the bottom disappears.

Issue: The content preview in the Lead History and Email Report was not displaying the tokens that reflect the custom data included in the engagement.

Issue: The less than filter was including less than or equal to in the logic.

Issue: When a partner has two applications with a borrower, if a borrower responds to an SMS, it is routed only to the newest application.

iCalendar Downloads of Follow-Ups
Issue: When a client downloads an iCalendar, it is not displaying within the user's calendar when using a Mac.

Issue: When removing an Email From the User when updating an inTouch template, an error occurs.

inTouch: Partner Dropdowns
Issue: When adding an inTouch Task, the dropdowns for partners were not displaying all results with search and scroll options.

inFlow: SMS Displaying Out of Order and Delayed
Issue: Some SMS messages were coming in out of order. Research indicates the problem results from carrier error in sending the SMS.
