The Follow-Ups section shows all scheduled events you have created or others have created on your behalf. It contains the same data as your calendar but displays the events in a list rather than calendar format.

Automated Reminder(s)
The system allows users to create, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. The permissions are based on branch and role. Contact Insellerate Support to enable the permissions for this feature.
All scheduled follow-ups are presented in the Follow-Ups section on the left panel of inFlow.
When the toggle is OFF, it displays all follow-ups from seven days ago and one day in the future ( >= -7 days and <= +1 day).
When the toggle is ON/ALL, it displays all follow-ups from seven days ago and everything after ( >= -7 days).
Users can expand each row in the Follow-Up section to view notes added to the follow-up.
Clicking on any row redirects you to the lead’s details on the right side of inFlow.
Users can mark follow-ups as Complete by placing a checkmark in the Complete/Incomplete box.
Users can delete any follow-up using the Trash button present in each row. Deleting a follow-up does not remove the follow-up notes saved in the Notes section of the application.
