Campaign
Description
The main campaign page contains an overview of all the campaigns in the organization that share the same branch permissions as the logged-in user.
Distribution and campaign permissions are required to view the Campaign page.
How to Access the Campaign Page
Select Campaign from the inLead dropdown options.
The main campaign page opens. You can:
View a list of all of the all the campaigns in the organization that share the same branch permissions.
Click Add to create a new campaign for an application or a partner.
Click the Edit button to edit a campaign from the list.
Turn the Default toggle to Yes to select a campaign from the list to be the default for the organization.
Columns
You can select campaign-level details to view via the columns. These details enable you to quickly filter and identify campaigns by different criteria. Administrators can easily see how campaigns are set up from the Campaign Summary page.

Column Name | Description |

Default toggle | This toggle switch displays which campaign in the organization is the default campaign. A green popup notification is displayed when the toggle is turned On/Off. Required for the Fiserv Search and only one campaign may be made default for an organization. |
Marketing Channel | Marketing channel selected for the campaign on the Campaign Edit page |
Lead Vendor | Lead vendor of the leads that belong to the campaign as mentioned on the Campaign Edit page |
Name | Name of the campaign as mentioned on the Campaign Edit page |
URL | Post URL generated for the campaign as displayed on the Campaign Edit page |
Start Date | The day the campaign begins |
End Date | The day the campaign ends |
Lead: Distribution Group | The selected distribution group of agents to whom the campaign will be distributed |
Lead: Distribution Type | The route the campaign will follow for distribution |
ICR: Distribution Group | The selected distribution group of agents to whom the campaign will be distributed for inbound call routing |
ICR: Distribution Type | The route the campaign will follow for distribution for inbound call routing |
ICR: Call Routing Flow | Defines how the call is routed if the incoming call number (borrower) matches an existing application |
ICR: Phone Number | A unique number purchased by your company from Insellerate to be associated to a particular campaign. When a caller dials the ICR number, it will call the agents according to the selected distribution and call flow settings. |
ICR: Call Forwarding Number | The number a call is forwarded to the Call Forwarding Number if no agents are available to take the call. |
