The availability of the data upload option depends on the marketing channel selected.

Uploading Data

The Data Upload section is used to upload leads in the following formats to be distributed via the distribution type selected:

  • csv

  • xml

  • json


Clicking the Drop files here to upload section displays a popup that allows the user to select files from the local storage. The sizes permissible for campaign data uploads is 1MB.

 

After a file is selected, the file appears in the Data Upload section with size information. The user can remove the file to upload a different file, if needed.

 

Formatting

A red popup notification appears when a file with an incorrect format (one that does not match the import template) is uploaded.

 

Green popup notifications appear when the data file is successfully uploaded and processed.
