This article provides information about the Leads and Calls toggle switches on the Insellerate platform menu bar.

Where is the Lead/Call Control?

The Lead/Call Control icon is located on the right side of the main menu bar.

To view leads and calls, click the Lead/Call Control icon.

What is a Lead? What is a Call?

Leads

The Leads toggle switch controls the distribution of data-only lead posts. The distribution type can be Ring All or Ring Round Robin. Users still can receive calls if the lead distribution for data leads is Ring All.

Calls

The Calls toggle switch controls the distribution of calls for inbound calls received through Insellerate’s Inbound Call Routing feature. It does not stop Ring All associated to a data lead distribution type.

Possible Combinations

There are four possible combinations of leads and calls in the On and Off toggle positions. Each is described below.

Leads On/Calls On

Leads: Will be received/Active.

Calls: Inbound Marketing Call will be Received/Active.

Leads On/Calls Off

Leads: Will be Received/Active.

Calls: Inbound Marketing Call will be Inactive/Off.

Leads Off/Calls On

Leads: Will be Inactive/Off.
