This article provides the steps to access the User Profile and describes the fields included in the dropdown.


How to Access the User Profile

 

  1. Click the User Settings icon in the main menu bar to open the dropdown.

  2. Click User Profile to open the User Profile popup window. Only an administrator can edit grayed-out fields.

A user profile containing an ICR number creates a loop between the user profile and inbound call campaigns. ICR numbers should never be used as user profile phone numbers. This will result in an error and not be added to the user profile.

Work

Work phone number. This must be defined to perform outbound calls within Insellerate. For more information, see the Click-to-Call Overview article for details.

SMS

This is the user’s SMS texting number if applied. This must be defined to start SMS conversations. Contact Insellerate Support to use and purchase numbers.

Phone User ID

Deprecated field no longer is use

Caller ID

This number is the Caller ID that the borrower sees when the user makes an outbound call. When the user’s Caller ID is blank on their User Profile page, the Caller ID displays the user’s Insellerate org phone number to the borrower instead. (This is the case when Local Dial Presence is not turned on.)

When a user clicks to call in Insellerate, and the Caller ID field is blank, it displays the work number in the User ID to the client.

Global Search Default Type

This search defaults to Last Name when searching.

Profile Picture

The picture uploaded to the user’s profile.
Note: This will be available on inTouch engagements. For AgentConnect clients, the image will also be available in AgentConnect.

Upload Profile Picture

Drag and drop an image to use as the profile picture.

Profile Picture Link

This link leads to the Profile Picture location (where the user’s picture is stored) within the User Profile.

InTouch Toggles:
SMS and Email

If the user is a sender of an inTouch task and the toggle(s) are turned to Off, the corresponding recipients of the inTouch Task will not receive the SMS or email.

Third-Party Integration Fields

 

Calendar Integration

Contains the Outlook 365 toggle which permits or denies the user’s Outlook Calendar to sync with Insellerate.

The Reauthenticate button will appear when the user’s integration request is approved. If the user changes their Outlook password, they must click the Reauthenticate button.

Facebook Integration

When the user's Facebook is integrated, the Deauthenticate button is visible in the User Profile.

When the user’s Facebook is not integrated, the Connect Facebook button is visible in the User Profile.

LinkedIn Integration

When the user's LinkedIn is integrated, the Deauthenticate button is visible in the User Profile.

When the user’s LinkedIn is not integrated, the Connect Facebook button is visible in the User Profile.
