The grey boxes display static information based on the user view. This information only changes if the user view has been changed. The information displayed is retrieved information dating back to the very first lead of the specified user.
Grey Tile Name | Description |

Total # inProcess | Number of all leads in processing and forward, but not yet funded |
Total Volume inProcess | Total loan dollar amount in processing and forward, but not yet funded |
Avg Loan Size | Amount of Total Volume inProcess divided by Total # InProcess |
Pull-Through | Total number of funded applications ever divided by the total number of processing applications |
The blue boxes display time-based information according to the calendar date range specified. If a Team/Agent view is selected with a date range specified, the blue boxes display information regarding the Team/Agent’s performance during the dates specified.
Blue Tile Name | Description |

New Deals | Number of applications that went into the Processing status for the first time within the time frame |
New Leads | Number of applications that went into the New Lead status for the first time within the time frame |
Lead Conversion | It is the rate of New Deals divided by New Leads, calculated in percentage |
Contact Rate | It is the rate of contacted divided by New Leads, calculated in percentage |
