Highlights
Calling List Tool
Several enhancements/updates have been made to the Calling List Tool. Read the Calling List Tool and Webphone articles for more information on this feature.
Define which custom queues can be used only in the Calling List Tool
When creating a custom queue, admins can now define in the System View Permissions dropdown where each custom queue can be viewed:
inFlow Only
Calling List Tool Only
All: inFlow and Calling List Tool
This will enable admins to create custom queues for each business purpose and limit the number of queues a user has in inFlow.
Enhanced Filtering
Calling List Tool audiences will only bring back the first 5,000 records. When users filter the columns, they can reload the page by selecting the Load with Filters button, and the system will go back to the database and find the first 5,000 records that match that criteria.
Other Enhancements/Updates
Custom Date Filters: now filters can be applied at the hour level
Whether using inTouch or Custom Filters, users can now define date filters down to the hour. A key way to use this enhancement is in calling lists to exclude any record that has been called in the past “X” hours.
Content Library: Tokens selected will now be placed immediately where the cursor is located
The email editor was placing newly inserted tokens at the top of the page. Now, field tokens will be placed where the user’s cursor is located.
MeridianLink and LendingQB LOS
Insellerate expanded the integration functionality by adding:
Ability to create records on the LendingQB “Lead” object
The LendingQB “ID” attribute as an Applicant tag
Bugs
Inflow 2.0
Issue: Notes were not expanding so the user could reach historical notes.
Status: Resolved.
