Custom Queue - Leads Taken will be removed for 24 hours
If a user Takes a lead from a Custom Queue, that lead will be removed from all custom queues for 24 hours. This is to eliminate leads being taking more than once by different loan officers. After 24 hours, if the lead still meets the Custom Queue criteria, it will re-appear.

Custom Queue - Lead Take Caps
Within custom queues, admins can now set a daily cap for how many leads a user can take from the queue. Review the Custom Queue help document for more information on this addition and how custom queues work.
Note: Take feature must be turned on in queue for lead cap to appear.
MyPipeline: Team / Agent Dropdown now includes “Inactive Users”
Data within MyPipeline manual or Preset Reports can now be filtered by Inactive Users.
Improvements
inTouch: enhanced logic for RVM and SMS TPCA compliance
Additional logic has been added to stop any / all RVM or SMS automated messages from being sent outside of TCPA hours at the state level. Any event that meets criteria after hours will automatically be re-scheduled for the next day within TCPA guidelines at the state level.
Duplicate Management
If there is no data to update in the Duplicate Management page and the User selected “Update”, the user was getting an error notification.
Resolution: I there is no data to update, The user will receive a notification letting them know that.
inTouch: Unable to remove campaign tags in first attempt
Users can now remove campaign tags within inTouch filters on the first attempt.
