User loan purpose and type permissions defined in their User Registration profile can now be turned on for Custom Queues.

A new webhook is available that can post the results of all inbound calls to a third-party endpoint.

Data will include:

• Call Campaign Number

• Outcome of the call

• Users included in the distribution group

• Winner of the call

• Call time details: when and call length

System Performance Improvements

Encompass - Updated Inbound Sync API Approach

Encompass recently communicated limitations to their API for retrieving data if several other systems are accessing the data at the same time. Insellerate updated the integration to account for this so no data is lost or delays occur.

Queue Processing

Insellerate migrated to a new queue processing tool that will dramatically increase the speed of processing system actions and redundancy.
