Impersonation: Enable teams to work on each other's behalf

A new impersonation feature allows users to give team members permission to work on their behalf. This is great for assistants or shared roles enabling them to “impersonate” their team member to send SMS. send emails, or complete any other feature/task available in the system.

Additionally, users can view the Impersonation Report to see who and when someone impersonated another.

How to enable: Contact Customer Support to have the Impersonation feature enabled for your organization.

Quick Overview

Once the feature is enabled, users can easily select who can impersonate them. To allow another person to impersonate their account, a user opens their User Profile and selects who can impersonate them from the Allow to Impersonate Your Account dropdown.

To impersonate another user’s account, users can easily select an account to impersonate.

  1. The user selects Impersonate from their User Settings.

  2. The user selects who they wish to impersonate (if permission has been granted).

  3. When finished, the user returns to Impersonate (in the User Settings) and selects Reset to be returned to their own user account.

 

SMS Impersonation: If you send an SMS while impersonating a user, it will show in their SMS text string so users always are aware of who sent the SMS.

Outlook Email Integration: Reply To UI/UX update

A more user-friendly reply email template is now live for those using the Insellerate Outlook Email integration. It has the same core features but is easier to view and manage.

Labels: Now available in inFlow workflow status tables

User are now able to view and sort by Labels associated to records. You can learn more about Labels and how to help users categorize records for future marketing or contact strategies.

Note
Labels is hidden so select the Columns option to add Labels.

Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  • SMS Report: “Responded Count” updates for more data accuracy.

  • Communication History: Event date updated to resolve data issue.
